Should you decide to pre- or post-extend your trip, please make this request at the time of registering for the program. All requests are based on availability. All costs associated with your pre- or post-extend hotel arrangements will be your responsibility. The group rate is honored 3 days pre- or 3 days post the program dates.
The rate to extend at the Loews Kansas City Hotel is $279.00 plus taxes and fees per room, per night, based on double occupancy in a run-of-house category guestroom. This rate applies three days prior to the conference and three days after the conference, based on availability. Your extension dates will be confirmed with the hotel by the TreviPay Events Team.
Any reservation cancellations must be received by the hotel no later than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in day and time. Reservations cancelled after that point will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Guest will also be required to pay one night’s room and tax if the Guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation. This early departure fee will be waived if the Guest advises the hotel of the change in departure date at check-in.
Air cost, hotel, gratuities, room service, telephone calls, mileage and any other items of a personal nature will be at your own expense and not covered by the TreviPay Crossroads Conference.
NOTE: Requests to pre- or post-extend your stay at Loews Kansas City Hotel must be confirmed by the TreviPay Events Team and will be accepted based on hotel availability. All costs associated with your hotel arrangements will be your responsibility. The group rate is honored three days prior or three days following the program dates. You may be subject to cancellation charges if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
