Crossroads 2024 Conference FAQ

Attendees who would like to book their stay at the Loews Hotel can do so as part of the registration process. To receive the special conference rate, reservations must be made by Friday, September 13. 

A link to book the hotel will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Changes or cancellations can be made without penalty up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. 

Your all-access ticket to Crossroads is $2,000. It gives you admission to the welcome reception, memorable keynotes and informative breakout sessions plus our exclusive offsite event, featuring food, drinks and entertainment at Kansas City’s most famous distillery.

We recommend taking Uber, Lyft or a taxi for the trip between the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and the Loews Kansas City Hotel. 

The approximate travel time between the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and the Loews Kansas City Hotel is 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Once you register for the conference, you are holding a spot for this event and the admission ticket is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend you may transfer the ticket to a colleague.
