Agenda & Content

 Yes! All sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand after the event, so you can revisit key takeaways or catch anything you may have missed.

No pre-selection is required. Breakout sessions are open to all attendees and can be chosen based on your interests on the day of the event. Sessions are organized into three tracks — Sales, Finance and Tech — so you can tailor your experience to what matters most to you.

Session recordings will be available to all attendees after the event. Presentation materials and slides may also be shared at the discretion of individual speakers. We will do our best to make as many materials available as possible following the conference.

Logistics & Venue

Crossroads 2026 takes place November 8–10, 2026, at the Loews Kansas City Hotel. Join us for a pre-event networking reception on November 8, followed by two full days of conference programming on November 9–10.

The Loews Kansas City Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Kansas City. It’s within walking distance of the Kansas City Power & Light District, T-Mobile Center, the KC Streetcar and the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

The Loews Kansas City Hotel offers on-site parking at an additional cost.

Business casual is recommended for daytime sessions. For the exclusive offsite evening event, smart casual attire is appropriate.

Your ticket includes lunches and breakfasts and refreshments throughout the two-day event, including the welcome reception and the exclusive offsite evening event.

Your all-access ticket for $1,899 includes a two-night hotel stay at the Loews Kansas City Hotel, daily breakfast and lunch, admission to the welcome reception, main-stage keynotes, breakout sessions and the exclusive offsite evening event featuring food, drinks and entertainment at Kansas City’s most famous distillery. Airport transfers are not included; we recommend Uber, Lyft or a taxi from Kansas City International Airport (MCI).
